Erinn has been employed by the University of North Dakota as an adviser at the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. She is a strong-headed woman who has been managing both her personal and professional life very well.

Dave Hakstol has been blissfully married to Erinn O’Keefe for 19 years now. The couple walked down the aisle in 2003, soon after their two years of relationship.
When Hakstol was appointed as an assistant coach at North Dakota, he met his future-wife Erinn in 2001.
The two got connected through mutual friends during a vacation to Pelican Lake. The NHL coach eventually fell for Erinn when the stunner sandbagged him on a bet.
They wagered that whoever could stay on their water skis for the longest would win a beer. On a single slalom ski, Dave wobbled for a while before falling into the sea.
In the meantime, Erinn stayed longer than Dave, as she practically spent her whole life on the lake. The duo officially started their romance soon after the vacation. Since Dave was frequently out on recruiting trips, the smitten couple mainly did long-distance.
